Konecranes Service offers specialised maintenance services and spare parts for all types and makes of industrial cranes and hoists. Lifecycle Care is our comprehensive and systematic approach to managing customer assets; connecting data, machines, and people to deliver a digitally enabled customer experience in real time. Our crane experts apply a systematic Risk and Recommendation Method of evaluation and a consultative planning and review process to drive continuous improvement in safety and productivity.

We make sure everyone gets to go home safe, every day is our main ambition in the Safe workplace, safe products focus area. In 2022, we continue to highlight the importance of making observations to eliminate all hazardous conditions and unsafe behaviours before they cause an incident. We will also carry on promoting the Life-Saving Behaviours (LSB). The LSBs are all about the safe ways of working – they are the expectations around the way we work to keep ourselves and others safe.
